Welcome to Diary of an Art Luvah. I started this blog in 2010 with a desire to explore art and culture locally, and from around the globe, with a focus on the Middle East. I have encountered some amazing artists, makers, thinkers, and thought leaders, and I will continue to share those stories here. Currently, I am interested in Integral theory, an all-inclusive framework that draws on the key insights of the world’s greatest knowledge traditions, tapped to find the greatest potential for personal and global evolution. My desire is to see what comes after post-modernism's "hermeneutics of suspicion." When we have deconstructed, uncovered, and recovered, what comes next? Somehow, we are still operating in a system we have identified and exposed as corrupted. What will transform our world from the its current state of chaos and discontent into the utopia we all desire? I believe the answer lies with us, the people, and within us, the individual. What I am seeking is the transformational, that which will help us evolve past operating in old beliefs and living out old patterns both personally, locally and globally. With an eye towards the future, I invite you to come along.
